Packaging:- All orders are dispatched in completely plain packaging with no
names or logos on the outside. Returns (no quibble) Information's:- In spite of
our many checks we realize that occasional faulty items get through. Any product
with a genuine manufacturing fault will be replaced on a like basis only within
14days of the invoice date. No credit will be given and no alternative product
will be supplied To return items to us please package them carefully, pre-pay
the postage costs, fill in the returns form on the back of your invoice and put
